An ATM card is an ISO 7810 card used to withdrawl money from an ATM machine from an account. They are usually issued from a bank.
A Debit card are usually an enchanced ATM card, that functions similar (but not the same) as a Credit card while also usable at an ATM. Some Credit Cards also work as ATM cards.
